Private Party No venue hiring fee, only a minimum spends $1299 on your food and drink orders with us. Take the whole venue for your party, including our backyard. We will take care of your guests, available for: 4-6PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Party time can be extended)
Important Booking Information
1. Pre-Party Communication
Our team will contact you by email approximately one week before your party date to confirm important event details, including guest numbers, food selections, dietary requirements and other arrangements.
2. Final Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before your party. Any increase in guest numbers after confirmation is subject to Minori’s approval and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Guest Numbers & Capacity
Approximately 50 guests is a general reference only and is not a fixed or guaranteed venue capacity. Suitable guest numbers depend on the number of adults and children, seating, catering, event setup and operational requirements. If you are planning a larger party, please discuss your expected numbers with us before sending invitations.
4. Respectful Behaviour Towards Our Team
Minori has zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff. We welcome questions, concerns and feedback, but these must be communicated respectfully. Minori reserves the right to end a discussion, require further communication to be made in writing or through management, ask a person to leave the premises, or terminate an event in cases of serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour.
